Terms of service placeholder
A structured draft surface for the eventual agreement between OSTORE AI and merchant organizations.
Service scope
OSTORE AI is intended to provide merchant-operated WhatsApp commerce workflows, storefront tools, and clearly identified simulator modes. Final terms must define the subscribed service, support boundary, availability commitments, and excluded provider services.
Merchant responsibilities
Final terms should require accurate catalog and policy data, authorized access to customer information and provider accounts, lawful message consent, safe team administration, and review of customer-facing content.
Provider relationships
Meta, payment providers, Supabase, OpenAI, and other vendors have separate terms. Simulator behavior does not represent a live provider connection, message delivery, or charge.
Acceptable use and suspension
The reviewed agreement must define prohibited content and activity, security obligations, investigation steps, suspension conditions, notice, appeal or recovery paths, and retained operational evidence.
Commercial and liability terms
Pricing, billing, taxes, warranty limitations, indemnities, liability limits, governing law, and dispute handling are deliberately absent until business and legal review.
Changes and contact
The production agreement needs an effective date, version history, notice process, company identity, registered address, and a monitored contact channel.
